About Us
James Wainer spent over 10 years in london creating a successful and award winning plant display company called James Wainer Plantscapes before relocating to the Algarve with his family and starting West Algarve Property Management .
Some of the awards were : The Wellington Hospital London in Bloom 2004, Brook House London in Bloom 2005.
James has a lot of experience with garden design and installation of plant displays with automatic irrigation systems. James also has experience of gardens in hotter climates and pool maintenance from his native Zimbabwe.
Nicola Wainer has been successfully managing property in the Algarve for more than 3 years.
Together they have all the know how and contacts to manage your property when you are away.
